Patna High Court CWJC No.1960 of 1998 dt.23-07-2015 2/2 even this Court under order dated 08.02.1999 granted status quo and the said status quo be maintained by the parties until matter is finally concluded by the Civil Court. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
