The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 409, 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The gist of the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner got appointment on the post of teacher on the basis of forged certificate of Intermediate issued by the Bihar Intermediate Education Council. It is submitted that the petitioner has already been terminated from service. The petitioner did not submit any forged certificate. The petitioner failed in the Intermediate Examination in the year 1996. He again appeared in the examination in the year 1997 and he passed the Intermediate Examination. On the basis of the aforesaid certificate, the petitioner was appointed on the post of teacher in the year 2005. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

No.14101 of 2015 (3) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in Shahpur P.S.
