At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 1.7.2020 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Danapur, by filing an appropriate appeal. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal under Rule 32(iii) of the Bihar Targeted
