Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, some criminals who were planning to commit dacoity were arrested by the police and the petitioner was also one of the criminals who has been arrested. One country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2023. The petitioner will visit concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
