1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 69, 318(4), 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no.4 is a woman and the informant alleges that she used to stay at her maternal grand parent's house, where Ashok enticed her and

No.36972 of 2026(2) dt.15-06-2026 2/3 they fell in love, further they started living as husband and wife, as Ashok assured that he will marry her, further she got pregnant but Ashok got the pregnancy aborted by giving her pills, next alleges that Ashok got the government job and thereafter refused to marry her and his family members supported him and threatened to kill her.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant being related to Ashok. It is further submitted that the thrust of the allegation is against Ashok but then his family members came to be implicated only with a view to coerce Ashok into submission. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the relationship in between Ashok and informant was consensual and when the same soured, the present false case came to be instituted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail

No.36972 of 2026(2) dt.15-06-2026 3/3 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Barachatti P.S.
