2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Saharaghat P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015 (GR Case No. 03 of 2015).

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated.

4. Having regard to the deposition of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. wherein she has directly made accusations against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
