Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, at the outset, submits that driver of the Bolero vehicle having Registration No. BR-04-0786 was arrested and thereafter was granted the privilege of regular bail by the learned District Court. It is next submitted that in sum and substance the allegation is that petitioner called the husband of the informant near a petrol pump on 11-6-2023 at 10:30 pm, but when the husband of the informant reached near the petrol pump, no one was present and while he was coming back home, he got dashed by a Bolero vehicle. It is further submitted that since the driver of the Bolero vehicle was granted the privilege of regular bail as such petitioner will also surrender and seek regular bail, thus

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37552 of 2026(2) dt.22-06-2026 2/2 seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application. 3.

Learned APP does not oppose the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
