1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 30.07.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.15436 of 2019, the Circle Officer, Karakat, District-Rohtas, has already disposed off the pending Encroachment Case No.4 of 2017-18, by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 on 17.06.2017.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for execution of the said order dated 17.06.2017. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
