Petitioner is in custody in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 for the offence under sections 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in loot of Tractor loaded with cement. Learned counsel submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The police has recovered motorcycle which belongs to co-accused Aniket Kumar Thakur.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.2.2019.

No.34500 of 2019(2) dt.27-05-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10, 000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019.
