2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) to return the land admeasuring 0.37 acres appertaining to Mauja- Jakarpura, P.S. No.- 18, Tauji No.- 3357, Khata- 307, Khesra- 474, Total Rakwa- 79D falling under Khatiyani 37D to the petitioners over which a decision has been taken.

(ii) to assist the petitioners, the lawful

Patna High Court CWJC No.9219 of 2025(4) dt.27-07-2026 2/2 owners, in building boundary walls around the land falling under Khatiani 37D and which was erstwhile illegally a part of the compound of the Suryagarha P.S. by shielding the process of construction from protesting mob.

(iii) to maintain peace and order in the area while construction of the walls is underway. (iv) to any other relief/s to which the petitioner is found entitled to."

3. After some argument, Ms. Eashita Raj, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that it will suffice if the petitioners are allowed to approach the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Lakhisarai for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioners to approach the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Lakhisarai who shall be duty bound to look into the matter and do the needful in accordance with law within the time frame stipulated there.
