Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 448, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted Puja Kumari with bullbat.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of assaulting Puja Kumari with hard blunt weapon, whereas the incised injury has been found and the case lodged by the petitioner's side is at the earlier point of time. There is no accusation of repeating the blow and Title Suit No. 352 of 2013 has been filed.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6533 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 170 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Katihar.
With this observation this application is disposed of.
