2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that vide judgement of the Family court, Kaimur at Bhabua dated 22.5.2024, passed in Matrimonial Case No. 93 of 2024, marriage between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 has been dissolved on their mutual consent.
4. Learned counsel for the State as well as the opposite party no.2 do not controvert this fact.

5. Considering the aforesaid development, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Bhabua Mahila Police Station Case No. 16/2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
