Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/120B,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are brothers of the husband of the victim of dowry death.

Submission is that the trial is already going on and petitioners are ready to cooperate with the trial. Husband of the victim is already in custody. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Allegation is general and omnibus of demand of dowry and torture for the same and commission of dowry death

Considering the entire facts of this case especially the general and omnibus nature of allegation and the statement of the petitioners that the husband of the victim is already in custody, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.78 of 2019 arising out of Karakat Police Station Case No.160 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
