The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.11.2021 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no. 24906 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months. The petitioner has remained in custody since 26.12.2020.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the liberty granted to the petitioner in the earlier order of rejection dated 29.11.2021 and the period in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38153 of 2022(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 custody, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case no. 88 of 2020 (Sessions Trial no.625 of 2021) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIII, Begusarai.
