JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447,307,341,323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner no. 1 assaulted with lathi on the head of the informant. Subsequently, other accused persons including petitioner nos. 2 to 4 came and abused the informant. Statement has been made in paragraph 8 of the petition that there is no injury report on record. Statement has also been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
