Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant, but he received injury on the wrist. The injury has been found to be grievous in nature. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the petty dispute the accusation has been levelled against the petitioner and there is no accusation of repeating the blow.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today
