1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i). A direction may be given to the Respondents no.4 to 7 to take appropriate action with regard to the land which was donated by the ancestors of the petitioner for the purpose of School and a gift deed

Patna High Court CWJC No.9703 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 was executed by Ram Sarup Singh son of Late Babu Harbans Singh, vide registered deed no.3506, dated 12.07.1950, pertaining to land situated at Old Khata no.290, Khesra no.1598, 1538 and 1668, area 1 acre 78 decimals and New Khata no. 358, Plot No.2366, Area 2 Acre 75 decimal, Area -10 katha and Khata no.351, Plot No.2367 Area -1Acre, 1 decimal and Plot no.2387, Area 79 Decimal total-1.80 decimal, Mauza-Basundeopur Chandel, whereafter the school was established on the said land, after proper sanction by the District Authorities.

(ii) And further be pleased to direct the respondents no.4 to 7 for not utilizing the said land for other purposes."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of.
