ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-03-2015 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. This revision application has been filed for setting aside the Judgment dated 24.6.2014 by which the Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV, Gopalganj, in Criminal Appeal No. 30 of 2014/44 of 2014 has rejected prayer for bail of the Petitioner and affirmed the order of the Juvenile Justice Board in J.E. No. 12 of 2014 arising out of Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 5 of 2014.

Considering that as per the report of the Juvenile Justice Board, five witnesses have already been examined, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner.

Hence, the prayer for bail is rejected.
