The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner executed a sale deed with regard to a land in favour of the informant for an area more than the allocated share of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the sale deed was executed in 2010 and the petitioner filed a complaint against the informant on 02.05.2014 in which the processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code and thereafter the present case was filed on 20.10.2014.

No.8531 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2 / 2 Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 115 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 1203 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.

Ist Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
