The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor any legal evidence could be collected by the police during investigation. The petitioner apprehends his arrest on the ground that one of the arrested accused has disclosed his name during investigation as the person from whom he received the looted motorcycle.
Be that as it may, regard being had to the serious nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13792 of 2016 (2) dt.01-04-2016 2/2 petitioner. Accordingly, the application for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
