Yadav, SC-14 =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-04-2017 It is reported that the petitioner has died and from the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 2, 4, 5 and 6, it is seen that after considering the case of the deceased petitioner for grant of ACP, he has been granted the first ACP and in accordance to the Circulars of the State Government, his pay fixation has already been done. Averments in this regard are made in paragraph nos. 5, 6 and 7 of the show cause.

Keeping in view the aforesaid and the circumstances that the petitioner is no more alive, the application is

In the matter of pay fixation and grant of consequential benefits, in case the legal heirs of the original petitioner have any grievance still subsisting to them, they are granted liberty to initiate the proceedings in accordance with law.
