The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 307, 337, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of assaulting the informant and others.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that four persons received injury from the informant side. Though accusation of assaulting the informant is also against Petitioner nos. 2 and 3 but the injury of the informant has been found to be simple in nature. It is alleged that Basuki Singh was assaulted by the several accused persons though his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5879 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 injury has been found to be grievous. Nothing specific has been alleged against the petitioners. There is counter version of the occurrence and the four persons received injury from the petitioners' side. The injuries of two of them have been found grievous in nature. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sono(Charkapather) P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
