Having regard to the nature of allegation for offence under sections 341, 323, 448, 354(b) 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and that the petitioners have been named by the victim lady to be the main persons who had made attempt to outrage her modesty, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is, therefore, rejected.

The petitioners, therefore, may surrender and seek prayer for regular bail which will be considered without being prejudiced by the present order.
