It is submitted that under such circumstances, the said error got reflected in the order dated 20.07.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No.13148 of 2021, the records of which have been placed along with this application. From the Vakalatnama filed in the said case, it appears that the petitioner No.4 has been described with an alias "Gorka"

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47433 of 2021(2) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 No.13148 of 2021 is hereby modified to the extent that the name of Petitioner No.4 may be read along with alias "Gorka". The application stands allowed.
