JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application, filed with prayer for anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No. 1288 of 2014 wherein processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Permission is accorded.
