The petitioners being the father-in-law and wife of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by S.H.O., Beldour police station that he received information about presence of a dead body floating in Koshi river but no dead body was found in the river but it was gathered by the informant that the victim was married to petitioner no. 2 Mamta Kumari two years prior to occurrence. On the alleged date of occurrence, he came to his in-laws house and pressurised for marrying the sister of his wife which was opposed by family members then he went outside and committed suicide.

Case No. 115 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Khagaria, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
