2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging disobedience of the order dated 24.10.2013 passed in CWJC No. 20422 of 2012.
3. By the said order, the Court had dismissed the writ application but had made it clear that the same will not come in the way of the petitioner moving before the competent District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority.
4. From the pleadings, it transpires that the grievance raised by the petitioner is totally unconnected and beyond the scope of order dated 24.10.2013 passed in CWJC No. 20422 of 2012 and, thus, the application is thoroughly misconceived and frivolous.
5. In view thereof, the application stands dismissed with cost of Rs. 5,000/- imposed on the petitioner for filing such case.
Patna High Court MJC No.1937 of 2018 dt.07-08-2019 3/3 The same be deposited in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social Welfare Department and receipt filed within four weeks from today, failing which the Registry shall place the matter before the Bench for appropriate order.
