2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for quashing the letter contained in Memo No.1470 dated 26.09.2024, issued by the District Programme Officer, ICDS, Siwan, by which he has directed the petitioner to shift Centre of Anganbari to Ward No.5 from Ward No.12.

3. Learned Counsel for the State has raised preliminary objection and submits that much water has flowed and subsequent order has been passed. Therefore, subsequent
