2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 367 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 268, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(g)/27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, at the occasion of Grih Pravesh, the dance was going on in an orchestra and the petitioner along with other co-accused persons committed celebratory firing on that occasion.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that there is nothing on the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41215 of 2023(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 FIR, which shows that anybody sustained any kind of injuries.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 367 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
6. The petitioner shall remain present on each and every date before the court below, till framing of the charges.
