JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ) 02-03-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Letters Patent Appeal No.2051 of 2015 was not intended to be withdrawn on behalf of appellant No.1 as the request was only on behalf of appellant Nos.2 and 3 as they were selected in pursuance of the directions of the District Teachers Employment Tribunal.

In view of the stand of the petitioners, we deem it appropriate to allow the present application and restore the Letters Patent Appeal No.2051 of 2015 against the appellant No.1.

It will dispose of the present M.J.C.
