BAJANTHRI) 18-04-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for some time seeks permission to withdraw these petitions.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, both the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to each of the petitioner to invoke appropriate remedy insofar as resolving the disputed issues in accordance with law.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that certain money has been retained by the respondents. The same shall be considered and released to the petitioners by the concerned respondent along with interest @ 12% per annum. In this regard, if the respondents fail to take any decision, in that event, the petitioners are permitted to invoke remedy before appropriate forum including filing of suit for damages against concerned respondent.
