2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already filed representation before the respondents no. 2, 3 and 4 with regard to the grievance raised in the present writ application but the same has not been disposed off as yet.

3. Learned counsel for the State and L. N. Mithila University submitted that the same shall be disposed off in accordance with law.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands

Patna High Court CWJC No.4748 of 2017 dt.18-08-2017 2/2 disposed off with a direction to the respondents no. 3 and 4 to take final decision and pass reasoned order on the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which has been made Annexure-10 in the present writ application, if the same is available on the records of the University, within six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before them.

5. Depending on the order passed by the respondents no. 3 and 4 on the representation of the petitioner, the respondent no. 2 shall also pass necessary and consequential orders within four weeks thereafter. If any payment is required to be made to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid within four weeks after the matter has been finally decided by the respondent no. 2. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.)
