Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that entire payment has been made to the petitioners, save and except, the medical allowance Rs.1000/- per month. Learned counsel for the Magadh University submits that the petitioners continued to be paid the medical allowance from March, 2020 and for the arrears of amount calculation is going on, the moment, fund will be received, the same will also been paid to the petitioners.
If the fund has not been given to the University, the University will send the requisition to the State Government, in turn, the State Government would ensure the remittance of the fund to the University. All the exercise should be completed within a period of six months from today.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, both the writ petitions are disposed of.
