2. With the consent of the parties, this writ application is disposed off, at this stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief as prayed for the present writ application, the petitioner had already filed a representation dated 25.03.2025, before the District Panchayati Raj, Samastipur (respondent no.6), which is still pending. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction would be issued to respondent no.6 to dispose off the representation of the petitioner on merits, after giving an opportunity of hearing the petitioner, within a fixed time frame, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order.

4. To this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the State does not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer, made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed off, directing the District Panchayati Raj Officer, Samastipur i.e. the respondent no.6 to dispose off the representation of the petitioner dated 25.03.2025 (annexure P/3) on merits, after giving an opportunity of hearing the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order. The entire exercise

6. With the aforesaid direction and observation, the present writ application is disposed off.
