2. The following statements are made in the affidavit: "3. That it is humbly submitted that in compliance of the order dated 26.10.2016 passed in M.A.No. 236 of 2012, the contemnor has paid Rs. 1,50,000/- to his wife, namely, Khushboo Devi (Respondent No. 1 in M.A.No. 236 of 2012) on 08.09.2025 in presence of the Officer-in-charge of Rivilganj Police Station, father and brother of Khushboo Devi and after receipt of the said amount they have also signed on the paper prepared for the same.

4. That the contemnor has not violated the order intentionally but since he is a poor person, he failed to comply the order within time but after arranging

3. Considering the statements made therein, no further order is required to be passed.
