2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following relief:

"That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner to mark his attendance, further to direct the respondents to pay his arrears of his due Honrarium since 01.02.2010 to till the date of payment."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty

4. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

6. If the petitioner moves before the respondent no. 6 within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off, in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within two months from the date of filing of such representation.
