Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual mode.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 170 of 2022, lodged under Sections 302, 498 (A), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the allegation of killing of daughter of informant by knife is there in the F.I.R. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are unmarried sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased. He further submits that husband of deceased is already in custody as stated in paragraph no.13 of the bail application. He

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that information of this occurrence was communicated to the informant by elder brother of husband of deceased. He further submits that petitioners are in custody since 01.05.2022, having clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 170 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
