JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 363 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant's minor daughter was enticed away by Abhinandan Sharma. It is alleged against the petitioner that he was one of the conspirators. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been roped in the present case only because there was serious land dispute between the petitioner and the informant and the victim in 164 Cr. P.C. statement, stated that she was being kidnapped by Abhinandan Sharma who took her to Patna and kept her in a go-down. The victim has not named the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that

Considering the 164 Cr. P.C. statement of the victim, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 410 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
