Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019 corresponding to special case no. 555 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 228.35 liters of foreign liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recovery was not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.4.2019.
