JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of learned Spl.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail.

The present application for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No. 286 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
