It is rather unfortunate that appeal filed by the petitioner on 26.10.2013 before the District Programme Officer, Siwan, which was registered as Anganwari Appeal No. 49/2013, has not been disposed of in so many years. Petitioner has been unnecessarily compelled to come to High Court seeking a direction for disposal.
2. The District Programme Officer, Siwan, is cautioned not to keep such matters pending indefinitely, lest the Court may have to observe lack of experience in dealing with such matter.
3. Writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the District Programme Officer that he must decide the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4307 of 2015 dt.24-03-2015 2 / 2 matter within a period of eight weeks form the date of production of a copy of this order. Any further delay will be viewed very dimly by the High Court.
