Learned counsel for the State filed a show cause. The learned counsel for the State submits that the order passed by the Writ Court stands complied and the relief which the petitioner was claiming has been granted.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till today the petitioner has not received any monetary benefit and

The learned counsel for the State submits that the relief has been granted to the petitioner by an order dated 10.04.2023, it is next submitted that within 15 days from today the benefits will be granted to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 10.04.2023.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the State, the Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt application.

The contempt application is thus disposed of. However, the same would not preclude the petitioner from filing second contempt application, in the event, if the benefit so granted by an order dated 10.04.2023 is not made available to the petitioner within a period of one month from today.
