2. The petitioner seeks bail in Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2026 registered under Sections 109(1), 351(3), 3(5), 309(4) of BNS and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. The allegation is that the informant was looted of Rs. 3.5 lakhs and certain documents. From the possession of the petitioner, a cheque-book of PNB, Aadhar Card and PAN Card of the informant was recovered.

4. Considering that the recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner carries four criminal antecedents, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 39315 of 2026(2) dt.17-06-2026 2/2 petitioner is rejected.

6. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
