JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 342, 307, 379, 504 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant with iron rod and bricks on the head. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury report reflects sharp cutting wound on the head, though, the date of injury report has been interpolated from 07.08.2014 to 09.08.2014. There is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
