The petitioners apprehend their arrest in S.C. & S.T. P. S. Case No. 67 of 2013 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the S. C. & S. T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

This petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to move before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/ court concerned who will pass the order in view of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31243 of 2014 (2) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 direction given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar & Anr., reported in 2014(3) PLJR 314 (SC).
