The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 1.10.2015 passed by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in S.T. No. 636 of 2014 arising out of Karja P.S. Case No. 95 of 2011 whereby charges have been framed against the petitioners under sections 323/34,324/34,325/34,307/34,341 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is very fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the trial is on the verge of conclusion and only I.O. is left to be examined.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage.
