The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case no. 548 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498 (A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are brothers-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant. The informant made allegation against the petitioners that they tried to burn her by sprinkling kerosene oil. It is submitted that no burn injury was found to the informant. Petitioners have no any concern with the informant and her husband.

No.14254 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 548/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
