Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State have jointly stated that in the present case by and large the same issue is involved as involved in C.W.J.C. No. 14849

Patna High Court CWJC No.4513 of 2017 dt.06-04-2017 2/3 of 2016, there also the dispute with regard to withdrawal of the agreement on certain charges. In that case, this Court after considering the materials on record has referred the mater to the Technical Review Committee (T.R.C.), and directed the Technical Review Committee to decide the case of the petitioners after giving due notice to them.

In such view of the matter, this writ application is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.14849 of 2016. Let this case be relegated to the Technical Review Committee (T.R.C.). The Technical Review Committee will be obliged to decide the case of the petitioner after giving due notice to him.

For convenience, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation, annexing the copy of this order and all supporting documents. If such a representation is filed, the Technical Review Committee will dispose of the representation by a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner. 5.

This order will not prejudice the case of the petitioner in any manner.
