JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Kako P.S. Case No. 164 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-467, 468, 471, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the petitioner that she got appointment as Assistant Teacher in Navsrijit Primary School Tiskurva Panchayat Barawan, Block-Kako, District-Jehanabado on the basis of forged document by impersonating another person. It is mentioned in the written report that the certificate produced by the petitioner was found to be forged in investigation as per the letter of Bihar School Examination Board, Patna. In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
