The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Saraiya P. S. Case No. 381 of 2015 registered under Sections 304-B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the daughter of the informant, who was married to the son of the petitioners on 18th April 2015, was killed in her marital home within seven years of her marriage due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry and her body had been disposed of, I am
